株式会社URAKU（以下「当社」）は、PomoCare（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーのプライバシー保護に最大限配慮しています。本ポリシーでは、利用プランに応じた情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリで収集する情報は、ご利用のプランによって異なります。

1-1. 無料版（アカウント登録不要）

• 個人情報: 無料版ではアカウント登録を必要としないため、氏名、メールアドレス等の個人情報を収集しません。
• 利用データ: タイマーの設定、セッション履歴、ラベル情報等の利用データはすべてお使いのデバイスのローカルストレージに保存され、当社のサーバーには送信されません。
• 広告: 無料版では第三者の広告サービスを利用する場合があります。広告サービスは、広告のパーソナライズのためにCookieやデバイス識別子を使用する場合があります。

1-2. 有料版（Standard / Pro）

• アカウント情報: 有料版では、クラウド同期およびライセンス管理のためにアカウント登録が必要です。Googleアカウント等の外部認証サービスを利用してサインインする場合、認証プロバイダーから提供されるメールアドレス、表示名、プロフィール画像URLを取得します。
• 利用データ: クラウド同期機能を有効にした場合、セッション履歴、設定、ラベル情報等の利用データが当社のサーバーに保存されます。これにより、複数のデバイス間でデータを同期できます。
• 購入情報: サブスクリプションの状態や購入履歴は、各アプリストア（Google Play、Microsoft Store）を通じて管理されます。当社がクレジットカード情報等の決済情報を直接取得・保存することはありません。

2. データの保存場所

• 無料版: すべてのデータはお使いのデバイスのローカルストレージに保存されます。当社はこれらのデータにアクセスしません。
• 有料版: クラウド同期を有効にした場合、利用データは当社が管理するセキュアなサーバーに暗号化して保存されます。クラウド同期を無効にした場合は、無料版と同様にデバイスのみに保存されます。

3. データの利用目的

収集した情報は、以下の目的でのみ使用します。

• 本アプリの機能提供およびサービスの維持・改善
• クラウド同期機能の提供（有料版）
• ユーザーサポートへの対応
• 利用状況の分析によるサービス改善（匿名化・集計化されたデータのみ）

4. 第三者への提供

当社は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

• 法律で義務付けられている場合
• ユーザーの同意がある場合
• サービス提供に必要な業務委託先（クラウドインフラ事業者等）への提供。この場合、適切なデータ保護契約を締結します。

5. Cookie

本アプリのWeb版は、言語設定等の保存のためにローカルストレージを使用します。第三者のCookieは広告表示（無料版）のために使用される場合があります。

6. アカウントの削除

有料版のアカウントを削除する場合、アプリ内の設定画面またはsupport@pomocare.comへのご連絡により、アカウントおよびクラウド上のすべてのデータを削除できます。削除されたデータは復元できません。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。13歳未満の方からの個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

8. プライバシーポリシーの変更

当社は、本ポリシーを随時更新する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページおよびアプリ内にて通知します。

URAKU & CO. ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting user privacy in PomoCare ("the App"). This policy explains how information is handled depending on your subscription plan.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect varies depending on your plan.

1-1. Free Version (No Account Required)

• Personal Information: The free version does not require account registration and does not collect personal information such as names or email addresses.
• Usage Data: All usage data including timer settings, session history, and labels is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
• Advertising: The free version may use third-party advertising services. These services may use cookies or device identifiers for ad personalization.

1-2. Paid Versions (Standard / Pro)

• Account Information: Paid versions require account registration for cloud sync and license management. When signing in through an external authentication provider (such as Google), we receive your email address, display name, and profile image URL from the provider.
• Usage Data: When cloud sync is enabled, your session history, settings, and label data are stored on our servers to synchronize across multiple devices.
• Purchase Information: Subscription status and purchase history are managed through the respective app stores (Google Play, Microsoft Store). We do not directly collect or store credit card or payment details.

2. Data Storage

• Free Version: All data is stored in your device's local storage. We do not access this data.
• Paid Versions: When cloud sync is enabled, usage data is encrypted and stored on our secure servers. If cloud sync is disabled, data is stored only on your device, same as the free version.

3. Purpose of Data Use

Collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Providing and maintaining the App's features and services
• Providing cloud sync functionality (paid versions)
• Responding to user support inquiries
• Analyzing usage for service improvement (anonymized and aggregated data only)

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share user personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

• When required by law
• With user consent
• With service providers necessary for App operation (such as cloud infrastructure providers), under appropriate data protection agreements

5. Cookies

The Web version uses local storage for saving preferences such as language settings. Third-party cookies may be used for advertising in the free version.

6. Account Deletion

To delete a paid account, use the in-app settings or contact support@pomocare.com. All cloud data associated with your account will be permanently deleted. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified on this page and within the App.
